My first 10k timed race of the season the Winslow Lions event. A hard course but one where i achieved my PB last year, however i was a bit slower this year and the wind was a howling across the fields plus got well bunched up at the start and run the first mile well too fast. Got a time of 45:23 not to bad but hopefully that should come down with the better weather on the horizon .
